We are a Singapore law practice incorporated in 2026. Our founder, Tay Jing En, was called to the Singapore Bar in 2019. Having worked in both long-established and younger firms, Jing En founded Intrepid Legal LLC with the aim of blending time-honoured practices with modern tools.

Jing En is an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore. Called to the Bar in 2019, he began his career at one of Singapore’s longest-established firms. In 2023, he moved to a mid-sized local firm, where he built his own practice, before incorporating Intrepid Legal LLC in 2026.
Jing En has experience in both litigation and arbitration, having represented clients at all levels of court as well as in proceedings before the Singapore International Arbitration Centre and the Singapore Institute of Architects. He has also defended clients in criminal proceedings from investigation through to trial.
Drawing on this experience, Jing En seeks to shape his practice around preventing, rather than resolving, disputes. While he will see them through where necessary, he would much rather spare his clients the time and money they cost.
